Electric Kiln Firing

Electrification is one of the leading ways to decarbonize industry. We invite you to experiment with cooking your products in an electric oven. We will analyze energy consumption, CO2 and the optimal operating parameters so that you can compare the quality of the final product fired in an electric kiln with that of traditional combustion kilns. In addition, we conduct a study on the feasibility of scaling this technology to your production plant, including an analysis of production requirements and an economic assessment.

Firing with hydrogen as a fuel

The use of hydrogen in the firing of ceramic products is a promising alternative for reducing CO2. We offer combustion testing with your own burners and nozzles to assess the technical feasibility of partially or completely replacing natural gas with hydrogen. We also explore burner adjustments to optimize the hydrogen mixture, thereby improving efficiency and reducing emissions.

Frit melting in a simulated atmosphere kiln

You can run frit melting tests in a controlled atmosphere, which helps you optimize the process efficiently, protect the environment, and cut down on energy use.

Drying in infra-red electric dryer

Infrared technology for drying and curing ceramic products is growing in popularity as an efficient solution with low environmental impact.
