The Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC) is committed to transparency and is aware of the responsibility of providing society with updated information on all its activities.

ITC sets this information at the disposal of the general public, provided it breaches no confidentiality criteria or the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD), as laid down in the Transparency Act.

On 10 December 2014, the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE) published Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance.

On 8 April 2015, the Official Gazette of the Valencian Regional Government (DOCV) no. 7500 published Act 2/2015, of 2 April, of the Valencian Regional Government, on Transparency, Good Governance, and Citizen Participation in the Valencia Region. [2015/3137]
