About us

We are a Technology Center

We are a private, non-profit research association accredited as a Technology Center by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and registered under number 39 in the Directory of Centers regulated by Royal Decree 2093/2008 of December 19.

We are closely linked to the Universitat Jaume I

The name and logo of the Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC) are a reflection of its two fundamental pillars: basic and exploratory research at the university and applied research for industry, which we promote as a technology center.

We promote research, innovation, and knowledge transfer throughout the entire value chain of the ceramic industry and related sectors.

We are committed to improving your competitiveness, boosting exports, raising quality, and facilitating your transition to more sustainable production.

Association representing the 11 Technology Centers in the region

We are committed to a sustainable industry:

The ITC is made up of a highly qualified professional team with access to both the infrastructure and technical and scientific equipment necessary to conduct research and technological development projects, provide advanced technological services, contribute to the transfer of research results, promote cooperative research between companies, and, in general, responsibly raise the technological and competitive level of these companies.
