Extending the CEBRA project to the entire value chain in the ceramic sector, we are analysing how the sales process is structured at the ceramic sales outlets, how consumers and users behave and what tools and technologies are available and work in other sectors, to enable their application in promoting ceramics.

It is ultimately sought to ascertain and to predict behaviours, so that ceramic manufacturers can optimise promotion at sales outlets and monitor what occurs there.
