Extending the CEBRA project to the entire value chain in the ceramic sector, we are analysing how the sales process is structured at the ceramic sales outlets, how consumers and users behave and what tools and technologies are available and work in other sectors, to enable their application in promoting ceramics.

Ultimately, it is intended that we will be able to understand and predict behaviour, so that ceramic manufacturers can optimise in-store promotion and monitor what happens in shops.
