Extending the CEBRA project to the entire value chain in the ceramic sector, we are analysing how the sales process is structured at the ceramic sales outlets, how consumers and users behave and what tools and technologies are available and work in other sectors, to enable their application in promoting ceramics.

Se pretende que, en última instancia, podamos conocer y predecir comportamientos, de manera que las empresas fabricantes de cerámica puedan optimizar la promoción en las tiendas y monitorizar lo que en ellas ocurre.
