Project that analyses the advantages of using earthenware jars in winemaking compared to other materials, to obtain a wine of excellence while recovering traditional containers to create new business models and more jobs.
It was created with the aim of responding to the growing demand on the European market for wines with easy-to-consume typologies, characterised by their freshness and vitality.
